Film is Alive?

My good friend got married recently and I was blessed to be part of the wedding party. It was my first. And for the first time, I experienced the behind-scene of a wedding without being a photographer.
The images below were taken with a Mamiya 645E. This camera basically tagged with me throughout the 22-hr day.

Why? Film has a unique quality to it. It has an organic and natural look that will never go away. I don’t think shooting film will make a comeback but the joy and the experience of shooting in analog is just priceless. The choice of going digital was made for us whether we wanted to or not.

Film is Art.

Yep film is alive and well. Ain’t dead yet! Thinking of going back to film not fully but just to experiment… miss the thrill of getting photos back from the lab after a day which seemed like forever back then!
