Mark and Kara Johnson couldn’t wait to be husband and wife. When asked why she decided on a courthouse ceremony she stated, “We decided to have a courthouse wedding to keep things simple. We are in love and just wanted to be married! We didn’t want to wait two years for a venue just to be together.”
Kara wore a fun and festive short white Sue Wong dress with an ostrich feather and sparkling rhinestone accents. Ornate Badgley Mischka shoes completed the chic outfit. Her five attendants (her sister and four of her closest friends) wore varying pastel colored chiffon J. Crew dresses.
The setting for the couple’s ceremony was the Montgomery Court House, the intimate reception took place at the Seasons 52 Bar and Grill.
